Teresa do Carmo Vieira nasceu em Cascais, mas as suas raízes estendem-se para norte, até ao Gerês, e atravessam o Atlântico até Minas Gerais, no Brasil, terra natal do seu pai.

Começou a escrever poesia aos doze anos, quando descobriu o poder das palavras para dar forma ao que sente e observa. Desde então, o seu percurso criativo tem passado pela reportagem musical, pela poesia e pela composição de canções — territórios onde a introspeção e a autenticidade se tornam matéria de criação.

É autora de dois livros: Elegia (2018), uma coleção de poemas, cartas e reflexões, e The Invisible Bubble of Creation (2026), escrito após o período em que viveu em Inglaterra, uma obra que entrelaça desenvolvimento pessoal com reflexão autobiográfica.

Teresa do Carmo Vieira was born in Cascais, Portugal, but her roots reach north to Gerês and across the Atlantic to Minas Gerais, Brazil, where her father was born.

She began writing poetry at the age of twelve, drawn to the power of words to capture what is felt, observed, and quietly unfolding within. Since then, Teresa's creative journey has moved between music journalism, poetry, and songwriting — spaces where introspection and authenticity shape her work.

She is the author of Elegia (2018), a collection of poems, letters, and reflections, and The Invisible Bubble of Creation (2026), written in English after living in England - a work that intertwines personal development with autobiographical reflection.
